How many lots are there?

When are titles anticipated?
When will construction start at FindonView?
Construction at FindonView has commenced.
Work has also begun on constructing $30million of surrounding infrastructure (eg. roads, drainage, sewer, water, electrical and communications supply). This is being delivered by a Consortium of local Wollert developers, including FindonView, allowing buyers at FindonView to be one of the first to move into this brand-new region.
What is the current Council approved status of the Project?
A permit has been issued to develop the land in accordance with the approved plan.
What is the purpose of the Design Covenant?
They are designed to enhance the certainty of the built-form within the estate and protect the look and feel of the estate, whilst encouraging creativity and individuality in home design. The covenants thereby protect each home owner’s investment.
When will the Findon Creek waterway corridor be completed?
Unlike many other residential estates where amenities remain unbuilt for many years after the first residents move in, the Findon Creek waterway corridor will be completed with Stage 1. We anticipate residents of FindonView will be able to enjoy the waterway corridor from the moment they move in.
Will FindonView have NBN?
Absolutely. All required infrastructure will be built in the estate to allow all homes to be connected to NBN. Each home owner will arrange with NBN direct for the final connections to their homes.

Where is FindonView located?
Where are the closest amenities – shops / schools / train station / etc.?
A new and improved bus network is also proposed for Wollert which will increase the existing connectivity to surrounding train stations, shopping centers, hospitals and more.
Wollert is also well located to existing freeways and highways providing easy access to the Melbourne CBD, airport and surrounding areas.
b. Schools: a number of brand-new schools are anticipated within 1km of FindonView. This will include future government and private schools. Alternatively, the existing and popular Harvest Home Primary School, Ivanhoe Grammar and Edgars Creek Secondary College are all within a 10minute drive.
c. Shopping: FindonView is just a short 500m walk to the future $40m Wollert town center which is anticipated to provide supermarkets, healthcare, pharmacies, indoor and outdoor social spaces and yoga studios to name just a few. Construction of the new town center is anticipated to commence in 2023, but until then you already have easy access to Pacific Epping Shopping Centre, Westfield Plenty Valley, University Hill Factory Outlet, Greensborough Plaza and DFO Essendon.

Building at FindonView
What size blocks are available at FindonView?
Why do I need to know about Bushfire Attack levels?
You might have heard the term BAL rating thrown around. The large majority of land estates in Victoria will have a BAL rating.
This stands for the Bushfire Attack Level and essentially has been adopted to improve the ability of your new home to withstand a bushfire event. The BAL rating on your particular block of land will influence the method and materials used to construct your home. Your builder or building surveyor will be able to talk you through BAL ratings in more detail.
Can I subdivide the block?
All blocks in FindonView have been designed at a range of sizes to suit a variety of buyers needs with single homes in mind. To protect the look, feel and value of FindonView, lots cannot generally be further subdivided (subject to planning regulations).
What is the process of getting house plans approved?
Design Covenants are attached to your Contract of Sale (as a Memorandum of Common Provisions ‘MCP’) to protect the look, feel and investment of homes within FindonView. House plans must work within these covenants. The Developer does not sign off on your house plans. Instead, your house plans will be reviewed by a building surveyor to ensure they meet the MCP and all statutory and planning requirements as a part of the process to obtain a building permit.
Will my lot have fill on it and what is the soil like at FindonView for home building?
Detailed fill plans showing the natural surface levels and finished surface levels are available upon request.
What type of fence will I have and how do I contact my neighbor to have it erected / Can I have a front fence?
To maintain a consistent look and feel within FindonView, all side and rear boundary fences are to be Pinelap (timber paling) and 1.8m high.
Front boundary fencing is not permitted.
Additional details regarding fencing can be found in the Design Guidelines.
How many Townhouses will be available?
The current approval contemplates 10 individual double story townhomes overlooking the FindonView waterways. These townhomes are yet to be released for sale, however interested parties can register their details for the Future Release.
